I skimmed through all of the session descriptions ( http://www.ascd.org/conferences/conference-on-educational-leadership/CEL-session-information.aspx ) and came across a good many 'Buzz Phrases' of the moment. There's plenty of 'Equity', 'Whole Child', 'Empathy and Emotion' (SEL), 'Teacher Burnout', 'Community-Based School Culture', etc. etc...
But where's the CREATIVITY???
